IMI is currently looking to hire a Associate Dealer Manager for our Client in Montreal. They share a responsibility to live up to high standards. They are committed to a common vision. The Associate Dealer Manager’s responsibility is to provide support and assistance to the KM dealers in a given territory in order to help them achieve our sales target in that area. 


 


Achieve Monthly/ Quarterly/ Annual Sales and GP Targets: As established annually.


 


Establish Strong Rapport with Existing Dealers: Be the key contact between Konica Minolta and the Konica Minolta dealers within established territory




Provide Product and Sales Training – Provide and / or participate in providing product and sales training to dealers and dealer sales reps within established territory. 




Deal Support and Price Negotiation: Work with the director of sales to manage price negotiations with dealers and establish a competitive price strategy while protecting Konica Minolta margins.




Territory Management: ensure dealers are operating within the Konica Minolta established, Programs and guidelines and that the assigned territory is sufficiently covered to achieve the established sales targets. 




Key Responsibility #1 Sales and Gross Profit Target Achievements  


Coordinate Quarterly reviews with dealers and Director of sales looking at YTD results/ Challenges as well as current opportunities 


Manage sales Promotions (as per Channel promotions), special pricing, DDP initiatives.


Perform Dealer sales rep meetings to establish and uncover new opportunities for sales. 


Analyze and present on a quarterly and annual basis dealer results and achievements. 


Ensure dealers are aware of % of targets for quota, rebates and promotional offerings (Presidents Club/ Circle of Excellence)  




Key Responsibility #2 Dealer Relationship  


Conduct oneself in a manner that aligns with Konica Minolta corporate Image, code of business conduct and policies. 


Manage the relationship between Konica Minolta and the dealers within the assigned region. Ensure Dealers are aware and comfortable with the engagement and support provided by Konica Minolta. 




 Key Responsibility #3 Training 


Conduct Sales rep theory and hands on training for all newly launched offerings. 


Ensure that all new hires are provided initial sales and product training, either personally or through offered courses. 


Manage and track rep training engagement against KM curriculum. 


Perform reviews with reps at each visit. Ensure all dealer visits encompass both owner and rep time. 




Key Responsibility #4 Price Negotiation****


 Perform analyses to ensure discounts are justified. 




 Key Responsibility #5 Territory Management 


Conduct quarterly reviews to ensure optimized territory sales coverage is met. 


Support dealers to ensure that they are performing at optimal sales and service levels

Required Qualifications :
Minimum of 3-5 years outside sales experience 

Fluent in both French and English (written/ verbal)

Positive Attitude and team player 

Proficient in all Microsoft applications 

Good organizational skills 

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Proactive and willing to learn 

Post-Secondary education preferred or equivalent experience 

Valid Driver’s License 

Ability to travel
