Recruiter Responsibilities:


As a Recruitment Specialist you will make outbound calls to our clients and candidates, interview, screen, and hire candidates to start work within our growing company.  This is a fast paced, high volume position that will allow you the opportunity to learn and work in all aspects of recruitment.




Recruiter Job Duties:




Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.




Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.


Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.




Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.




Completes hire paperwork and work with Payroll to ensure employee satisfaction


 


Job Site Coordinator Duties:




Assist in tracking and assessing the completion of project activities.




Maintain the project % completion within the weekly status reports. Include any problems withdrawings, materials, building, or details about other contractors that are causing delays.




Maintain the extra work (EWA) spreadsheets.




Documentation of inventory received on site. Work with expediting group to reduce potential forequipment shortages.




Process contract employee expense reports




Orientation and processing of temporary and contract labor.




Set up job trailer, utilities, vendors, and labor sources as needed. 




Close accounts when complete.




Coordinate daily job functions of tool clerk with Site supervisor
