Who We’re Looking for:













IMI is looking for someone who’s self-motivated and result-oriented for upcoming contracts as a Mechanical Conveyor Installer.



















We’re hoping you are someone who is mechanically inclined, with a willingness to accept instruction and a variety of new tasks with a positive attitude and a comfortability of working at heights up to 30 feet. With that being said, we hope that most importantly, you have a high degree of safety awareness.

 


 
Required Qualifications :

Job Overview:












Under direct supervision, may perform duties in kitting, receiving, shipping, and other warehouse functions.


Experience/Education:















  • High school diploma or GED certification required.

  • 3+ years of experience of warehousing and material handling experience.


 

 

 

 

 

If you suit the above, you could be responsible for:














· Responsible for performing physical and administrative tasks involved in the shipping and receiving area.


· Distribution of materials, parts, supplies and equipment.


· Unpack and check goods received against purchase orders or invoices.


· Manual unloading or operating a forklift to move pallets and parts.


· Accurate counting and verifying received material.


· Calculates totals and extends weights, volumes; enters or scans appropriate data into system.


· Moves materials to warehouse area.


· Reads, interprets and accurately retrieves material from warehouse for production use from released work orders.


· Prepares required shipping labels, addresses, documents and certifications.


· Maintain accurate records of received goods and rejecting unsatisfactory items when necessary.


· Perform all warehouse functions necessary at auxiliary locations.


· Performs clerical functions involving issuing of work orders, outsourcing and helpdesk support.


· Clean, organize, and maintain safe work area at all times.


Worksites can be dangerous, so to ensure your safety at all times, we require you always to possess a hard hat, steel-toe boots, work gloves, safety vest, and work goggles.
