Who We Are Looking For:





We are looking for an organized, honest, and dependable individual to fill the role of Inventory Coordinator. This person must be hard working as hours can reach 50+ a week. A true role of dedication, but satisfying to those who have a place for everything.


Required Qualifications :


General Responsibilities You’d Hold:



 











Maintains the inventory database and ensures daily inventory levels meet distribution and operational needs.






 




1)    Enters data into inventory database about quantities of issued and transferred parts and inventory


2)    Resolve Inventory shortage discpreancies


3)    Receive manufactured parts into stock and issue out to upcoming jobs


4)    Consolidate manufactured parts to mazimize shelf space


5)    Assist in daily tasks to assure productivity efficiency


6)    Identify parts through the use of ROI and drawings


7)    Audit locations for part and count for accuracy (i.e. work order and 3-Stage putaway checks)


8)    Investigate missing stock parts needed for work orders and sales orders


9)    Monitor and keep an updated shortage list available for the Inventory Management team

Worksites can be dangerous, so to ensure your safety at all times, we require you always possess a hard hat, steel-toe boots, work gloves, safety vests, and work goggles.
